Unknown creatures-walking dead

First of all, I would like to say that they are not zombies like ones you see in movies.
They didn’t rise from the graves.
I would like to thank Kate from liveinternet.ru for this information.
They are walking dead. It’s hard to explain, but they are not alive, they are hollow inside.
You can recognize them from far away- the shine in daylight like covered in fluorescent paint.
When you come closer to them, you won’t see them shining and they will look like regular people.
This shining is only way to tell difference between them and alive humans.
I have no idea what they are.
I searched the web, but couldn’t find information in English about them. The only information that partly matches their description is in Russian. Maybe you could get someone to translate this to you.

This website is telling about mitari-souls that didn’t go to heaven or hell:
When you keep thinking about dead relatives, unwilling to let them go, their souls don’t go away and with your thoughts you keep awakening their shell-dead body.

This website describes walking dead:
Their life energy left their bodies. But they don’t understand that and keep walking around. Their bodies keep holding on to what they call “life”.
Equipment will show that such person is dead, but doctors won’t believe that and will look for another explanation, will look for heart disease.
Most of such creatures are materialists because they don’t want to let go of material things. They sometimes are involved in big things like in politics, for example.
Some animals and to energy sensitive people can sense these creatures.

Russians call such creatures "shells" because you can compare them to empty egg shell.

This is third website that says that some people turn into “empty shells” because of all negative emotions and laxity their energy levels get very low and then their soul dies, but before that such person will loose all of his/hers positive qualities. Such empty shells could get possessed by other creatures.
