First of all, I would like to say that they are not zombies like ones you see in movies.

They are walking dead. It’s hard to
explain, but they are not alive, they are hollow inside.
You can recognize them from far away- the
shine in daylight like covered in fluorescent paint.
When you come closer to them, you won’t see
them shining and they will look like regular people.
This shining is only way to tell difference
between them and alive humans.
I have no idea what they are.
I searched the web, but couldn’t find
information in English about them. The only information that partly matches
their description is in Russian. Maybe you could get someone to translate this
